Judge Rosenbloom’s Probate Corruption
One of the dirtiest judges in the Stanley Mosk Courthouse is Judge Jonathan L. Rosenbloom. I refer to him as “Judge Pee Wee.” This is a special report on Judge Rosenbloom’s probate corruption. He is not the only one. He is currently in Probate Department 11. A long-time probate attorney has informed me that Department 11 has always been very corrupt. I have had personal experience with this dirty idiot, who has allowed all kinds of criminal activity in his court proceedings in my case and in others that I have witnessed. He has violated my rights consistently and has done nothing but protect the criminal lawyers and the court-appointed fiduciary who have wasted and stolen my inheritance and allowed my mother to die in an abusive guardianship in the state of Georgia. Court Appointed Criminal Fiduciary
I know from my own experiences that Jeffrey Siegel is nothing but a criminal. I have worked with many of his victims over the years, and his MO has always been the same. Once he has been assigned to a case involving real estate properties, he will run up a bill to justify the sale of the properties. Once the sale is approved by a corrupt judge, he will have his real estate broker, Vinney Jain, sell the property and make his commission on the sale. The judges at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse have assigned him to hundreds of cases. The Attorneys for Jeffrey Siegel, who is the Temporary Successor Trustee of the Myrtle Moore Living Trust, are Sarah Talei, SBN 246465, and Nathan Talei, SBN 281498. They are criminals also.
Criminal Probate Attorneys
The lawyers for the former co-trustee in my case are DANIEL HERBERT and KIRSTEN BROWN. They have been on my probate case for many years. I have documented evidence contained in the court documents that they have filed that contains false and misleading lies by these two so-called attorneys to protect and cover up the felony crimes of the former trustee. I have presented this evidence to Judge Rosenbloom many times in hearings and at trial, and he will not do anything about it. He will only blatantly protect the crimes of these lawyers. He will even lie about the law to protect them.
Judicial Officer Retaliations & Court Transcript Evidence
Judge Rosenbloom continues to retaliate against me for filing complaints against him and for publishing my reports about his criminal misconduct inflicted on me for several years. This is criminal misconduct by a judicial officer. He should not be a judge or a lawyer. In California, criminal misconduct by a judicial officer involves serious violations like bribery (Penal Code 92/93 PC) or illegal compensation arrangements (Penal Code 94 PC). These offenses can lead to felony charges, prison time, and automatic removal or permanent disqualification from judicial office.
Judge Rosenbloom will lie about the law during his hearings. I have witnessed in other case hearings that he is openly biased and prejudiced against litigants. It seems that he believes that he is totally above the law! The transcript below is from my last hearing in the Stanley Mosk Courthouse Dept. 11. It documents Judge Rosenbloom lying about probate law and procedures. He was dumb enough to say that the crimes committed by a trustee do not matter when they become a beneficiary!
